A price is wrong
Tell us which piece and which shop and we will check it the same day. Accuracy is the only thing this site has, so a report of a wrong price is the most useful message you can send us.
You are a retailer or a brand
If you would like to be listed, or you would like something about your listing changed, write to the same address. We work through the standard affiliate networks and are happy to discuss direct arrangements.
We also license our price history — what a piece has actually sold for across stockists over time — to brands tracking how their products are priced in the market. Ask and we will show you a sample.
An order went wrong
We are not the seller and cannot see your order. Delivery, returns and refunds are handled by the shop you bought from, and they are the ones to contact. If a shop has treated you badly we would still like to know, because it affects whether we keep listing them.
